NAVMAN file format

Just downloaded camera info for navman icn530. download ok but when Go go to points of interest and try to open file it comes up with a message "unknown file format" and wont allow me to go any further. I dont know what to do...anyone help me please.

Navman format is .asc which is identical to .csv apart from a "header" line at the top, if I remember correctly.

You are remembering to extract all the files from the "zip" archive that they arrive in, aren't you?

Go through the installation instructions step-by-step again, in case you missed anything.

Finally, we should ask one of the Moderators to edit out your email address - it's not safe to have it in plain view, you end up with all sorts of spam etc. Better to put it in your profile so people can email you (or 'PM' you with a 'personal message') via the buttons at the bottom of your posts.

You need to create another folder to send your 'unzipped' files into!
