V9 Unlockwizard Issues

When I go to unlock the maps (and pay my $75 as I made the stupid mistake of registering with the invoice date and not the date I received the product), I get an error in the unlock wizard. At the point of accepting terms and payment after my creditcard details have been confirmed, it reports and error then pops up a window saying "Invalid Amount"

Anyone else seen this happen and is there anything you can do?
