Welcome to the Forum

Don't know - I suppose it's not so simple as doing a restore from SmartST Question
There's a lot cleverer people on this forum than me, so someone will come up with the answer soon Rolling Eyes

If you know how to HARD RESET the 570, this would be the easiest way. Make sure you have your App. and Map keycodes before you do this, though.

Hi
Do a removal and reinstall of your software, on your iCN it can be found on page 84 of the manual. The manual can be found on smartST, under tools.
Hope this helps.
