Which version of the PGPSW camera database did you download?
What settings did you use in POI Loader?
What happens if you go to Where To? Custom POIs - are the speed camera files there?
If they are on the map, then I would expect POI Loader, left in Express Mode to have set them up correctly, so let's look elsewhere for the problem:
What version of POI Loader do you have?
What is the firmware / software version of your Nuvi?
In Settings / Proximity Points / Alerts, what options do you have?
within that menu, press Audio, and again confirm the list of options and which one is selected? |

hi, you'll be better off using the 'poi loader - i3 nuvi etc (consolidated by type)' or 'speed zoned (24 files)' downloads.
these will work correctly with poi loader and will add the 'custom pois' tab when installed with poi loader. it will also show the icons (not included with gpx)

As MaFt says, I think your problem was that you downloaded the wrong file, and so the camera data was not transferred to your unit in the first place. Any camera you are seeing are the Garmin database.
You may also find once you have loaded the PGPSW database that changing the Audio setting from Continuous All Alerts to Continuous Speed Alerts will help.
Your versions are fine by the way. |
