|
|
I have just downloaded the latest free POI from pocket GPS - some POI's appear on the maps and in the POI listing inside TT6 along with the logo - others are in the file listings as OV2 + bitmap but do not appear on the map or in the POI listing.
Any suggestions, i'm particularly narked as it prefers Wackey Wharehouse to Tesco petrol. |

I think you want to go into TomTom preferences, then manage POIs. This gives a list of all POIs and whetjer or not to display them.
Cheers
Gary. |

Thanks i tried that still no joy - I then went back to the files on the storage card and deleted all the ones of no interest (PONI?) - voila I now can see all the POI's in the file including corporate logo.
It would appear that TT6 has a limit
By the way I run Orange SPV M600 + 2GB SD with bluetooth to Global Nav. Tech reciever (size of a matchbox) - system runs OK but processing speed means you are about 25 - 50m behind on the display - not bad though for a system which is a phone, pda & sat nav and will fit in your top pocket! |

It would appear that TT6 has a limit | The limit is 100 in V6. _________________ Richard
