tom tom One v2 Wont Turn On

Hiya all.I was wondering if anyone could help me Please.

Ive just got a Tom Tom One v2 for xmas and it wont turn on!

I have tryed the whole paper clip sd remove thing and holding the on button for 30 secs and still wont turn on!
Once plugging it in to my computor and car i have a little green light on but thats all no screen light or anything. Please Help im desprate to see it work! :D

If it has never worked, you should take it back where you bought it. I bought mine last October from Halfords, opened the box in their car park, plugged it in and it worked straight away. If yours didn't do that, it was faulty and you have a right to a replacement or your money back. Don't be fobbed off with a suggestion that you send it back to TomTom. Your contract is with the seller, and he is obliged to put it right

Thanks for replying. I bought it today well i got it as a replacment for an extra cost.I got a navman you see for christmas and that wouldnt work so tesco suggested that tom tom was much better. Ah well a trip to tesco me thinks :D

I got one today and its great i was so impressed when it actualy came on so the rest is an added bonus Laughing Out Loud
