TT6 Favourites Not Saving

Hi there

Been lurking for a while, some excellent info here.

Congrats to all involved.

I have just got my first SatNav TomTom6 Navigator on a Dell Axim X51V. All works really well except the favourites.

I make them, name them all ok.

Power down and power up to use and they have gone. This could easily be a stoopid newbie
Q&A but any hints greatly appreciated.
