TomTom 3

Hi All, i have had Tom Tom 3 for a while now but i have never gone outside England. I am now going to Ireland next month and need to add maps of the Dublin area.
I dont know where the maps might be. I presume on the cd disk but im not sure.
I got a PC fella in to set it up in the first place so i just simply have no idea how to do it.
Can anyone help with very simple instructions pls.

The only maps which will work with TomTom3 have very minimal coverage of RoI - I think they may already be on your UK maps. Try entering a Dublin address and see if it shows it. You won't be able to buy any newmaps for TT3 now.
It was not until TT6 that decent mapping of Ireland appeared. Before considering buying TT6 make sure (from the TomTom web site) that your device is compatible - many older devices struggle with TT6.
