Palm software that uses Navteq maps -- does it exist?

Neglecting budget for a moment, I would like to know what's the best quality nav software for Palm OS 5.4. I'm thinking along the lines of navteq maps.

Normally this implies Garmin, but Garmin does not seem to offer their Palm version without tying it to hardware (their iQue line). I don't want iQue. It doesn't have the horsepower or features that I'm after. I want a Palm TX.

So what's the best software package that will enable me to navigate Navteq maps on a Palm TX (or lifedrive)?
