INSTALLING POICAPTURE AND SPEED CAMS TO MY NEW TOMTOM ONE

COULD ANYBODY GIVE ME A HAND ON HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL SPEED CAMERAS TO TOMTOM ONE AS I HAVE TRIED AND TRIED AND NOT GOT ANYWHERE.I AM NOW STARTING TO REGRET BUYING THIS AS I ALREADY HAVE THE GARMIN STREETPILOT i3 AND FIND THIS SIMPLE TO USE.I AM HAVING DIFFICULTY IN CHANGING NAMES OF FILES AND TRANSFERING TO SYSTEM.
IF IT WOULD BE EASIER,I WILL PUT MY HOME TELEPHONE NUMBER ON AND YOU COULD GIVE ME A RING AND I WOULD RING YOU STRAIGHT BACK.
PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME OUT THAT UNDERSTANDS THESE THINGS.

Graham, please have a read through THIS it is for a slightly different device to the one you have but if you disregard the Text To Speech part you should get the idea, all the TomTom products use the same camera warning set-up, the link shows you everything from download to install - Please don't use caps lock in the forum as its considered as shouting, in bold you are using a mega-phone! - let me know how you get on - Mike
