|
|
Bought my i3 off eBay about 11 months ago. Am getting an error message saying there is a fault with the Maps on the Micro SD card and they are corrupt.
Do you think this is something I can remedy? Will Garmin assist with a new item bought off eBay? Keep reading something about possibly being able to download the maps again?
Any help greatfully received.
Regards

Copy back the maps from the back-up you made to your pc when you received the device.
You did back up the card, didn't you?
If not, try ringing Garmin Customer Support. They're usually very helpful.
And if they help you out, remember to BACK UP THE CARD as soon as you receive it! _________________ Anita

I bought my i3 on EBay 11 months ago. Garmin UK were quite happy about that when I sent it off for a replacement last month. I had enclosed a copy of my PayPal statement with it. A new one was returned in 3 working days! |
