NAVMAN PiN 570 GPS and Pocket PC

I have been looking at the NAVMAN PiN 570 as a sat nav and was wondering if anyone knew if i was able to download speed camera updates for this as well as road update.

If so are they tricky to install as ive been told that there are available but they are very trick to install.

Please advise me on this as i do not know what im doing with these.
