Removong Files From The i3

Can any one help with this:-

I have now figured out (with help from MaFt) that my i3 has the maps on the 256 MB memory card. I have loaded all my POI's onto the i3's internal memory.

Now what I am going to do tomorrow is put all these POI's onto the memory card, as the map keeps freezing at the moment, which it never did before I put the POI's on.

Now when I add the POI's to the memory card, I need to know how I "delete" the original POI's from the i3's internal memory???

I just don't want 2 lots of POI's you see.

Any help would be appreciated!
