Speed camera database download for Garmin C310

I have a garmin C310 and have downloaded the Garmin PIO loader and every speed camera database I can find. Everey time I try to use the PIO loader with whatever program it asks for a data file with a .csv extension and then the program stops.
WHICH SPEED CAMERA DATABASE SHOULD I BE USING CONTAINING A .CSV EXTENSION.

Have you unzipped the file you downloaded?

yes have unzipped folders

Which version of the PGPSW camera database have you downloaded? (Hint: You need either the POI Loader or Speed Zoned File version).
