|
|
Help Please!
I have just purchased a Tomtom One Europe, I have downloaded the Speed Camera Database but cannot find a 'map' folder as described in the installation guide.
Having had a look through the folders showing on the 'Removable Disk' I cannot find any folders which seem to contain .ov2 files.
Can anybody advise the folder to which the .ov2 & .bmp files should be pasted. I am reluctant to past them into a folder unless I am reasonably sure it is the right place. I have only had it a week, I normally have things at least a month before I ruin them!
Any guidance gratefully recieved.

If you haven't changed anything since you bought, there won't be any OV2 Files to find.;)
I haven't got a ONE NE but there should be a Folder called something like Western_Europe_Map.
In it will be a load of Files with a DAT Extension.
That's your Map Folder. _________________ Richard

Richard,
Many thanks, I could still not find map file so I searched for .dat files which seemed to be mainly in the folder Western_Europe so I copied files into here and all now working well.
I hope this assists others
