Time instead of distance

I have been trying to find the topic on here for the last two days.. without success!
Some one posted a little chart showing the time it takes to travel distances at differing speeds.
This allowed people to work out how far they wanted to set the camera warnings for.
EG. At 50mph it takes 10 seconds to travel 300 yards.

So if you wanted say 20 seconds warning, you could set your distance to 600 yards.

If anyone knows where this is, or has a copy, please could you either PM it to me, or post it on here.
