What are the two numbers on the black label? (P/N number and the one in the bottom right that reads like 10R-02 6025)? |

is there a list of working powersupplies
mine ends 6017 but the TMC does not pick up signals - i travel on M25 J9 to 15 and then M4 to J6
My freeway traffic master works all along the route
however customer services are sending me a new PSU - but suggest the car needs surpressing or i need to buy a unit that works with car aerial
went in for a TOMTOM ONE @ 199 but spent 299 for the traffic master option - as i love TM
only to get limited coverage on a major motorway like M25 !!!!!!!!!
only had the unit since Monday |

The main power supply Garmin send to fix the problem is the one ending 6025 - the 6017 definitely suffers from problems.
Your Trafficmaster Freeway actually picks up it's data from the blue posts, whereas the TMC signal comes from standard radio station transmitter masked, so they will also have different coverage.
Garmin are right though, a GTM10 connected to your car aerial is the only way of getting improved reception (and note I say improved, not perfect, reception). |

Thanks - I managed to pick up a signal on M25 this morning - but not unitl I reached J13
So glad to know its an impacted powersupply as I have read that once the unit has the correct PSU it works fine
Maybe Garmin will be at the Sound & Vision show / Gadget Show - that I'm going to on Saturday 4th Nov |
