Kenwood kna-g520 (Garmin) speed cam problems HELP!!!!

Hopefully someone on here can help cos garmin and kenwood are pretty clueless with the problem.

For the first time today i uploaded the latest speed cams from here via the latest garmin poi loader on my (bought on monday) kna-g520 harddrive unit and after testing today ive had no end of problems.
Btw i have owned a i3 in the past so know how to use the garmin download software with the uploading of the cams and the kna-g520 is pretty similar with all that.

The Problem...Soon as a camera is near by i get all the bongs and whistles and then the unit goes haywire with the little direction arrow going off up the road on its own while im stationary!?! and then dropping the signal which was 100% perfect until the cameras came in sight.I have tried different sd cards and different camera databases (zoned,single etc and even last months) for the garmin and the problem annoyingly persists.
