Help!!!
Just bought the tomtom ONE GB. The instructions say that when you turn it on you will be asked a few questions - all I get (after inserting the card) is a little picture suggesting that I don't remove the card and nothing else. Is there something wrong?? |

How long does it stay like that?
If it's more than 30 secs, somethings not right, probably the card.
Best bet is to see if the retailer, from whom you bought it, can get it to work.;)
With the right reaction when he can't.8O _________________ Richard

Hi Richard
Yeah stays like that for more than 30 seconds - I bought it Argos so I don't hold out much hope that they will know any more than me! Maybe get my money back and try the Curry's discount codes that I saw posted on here. So far I'm disappointed - I had a Garmin Streetpilot i3 and it worked no problem until I dropped it! I thought the tt would be better

99.9% of the time they do work out-of-the-box. Must have been a Friday rush job. 8O _________________ Richard

Before giving up on it, try a reset using a paperclip. |
