On Sunday evening I ordered a free upgraded replacement holder for my 710 through the tom tom website after following a link on here. It arrived today at 12.50 ........... and today is Tuesday.
That's less than two days is this a record.

Tomtom sent my mount for my 510 out last Tuesday, UPS have had it ever since, it has been in their Manchester depot since Wednesday last week and keeps being shown as out for delivery but the delivery never appears.
