Garmin Traffic

I have a Garmin Nuvi 310 and wondering if there is an alternative mounting option preferably some thing that fits on the Dash.

Brodit provide a car specific mount, which you can attach a ball mount designed to fit various Garmin units, including the front part of the Nuvi mount. Although not cheap, Brodit have a very good reputation for mounts (search these forums and you'll find many people using them for mobile phones or PDAs).

There is also a RAM Mount Nuvi mount which attaches to an airvent (I don't have a URL, although a search of ebay should find someone selling it).

Of course, there is the Garmin automotive dash mount, which you can access via the Accessories page for your Nuvi on www.garmin.com
