Garmin C320 remove all POIs

Since updating the maps to V8 I can not load any new speed camera databases, the old ones are still there but do not work. Is there any way of totally clraring the C320 so I can start form scratch. (worked fine before the update).

Connect garmin to pc running xp or 2000.Garmin should appear as external drive in my computer.go into garmin folder in external drive, then poi folder.Delete poi file in poi folder.Job done.
