Major confusion

Guys need some advice. I and my father both needed a SatNav however we both didn’t tell each other and turns out yesterday we both brought one.

He brought the TomTom One V2 (UK maps)
I brought the TomTom Go 510

Now he says to me I decide which to keep, I have opened and played about with the 510 and seems to be great however the downfall is the size of course, carrying it about.
Now the V2, is still factory sealed but I have realized how quick the prices are going down and that seriously puts me off from opening this little box beside me as I know they both have fairly the same features just size wise for the V2 is a positive.

Am I making the right decision and leaving the V2 sealed and ready to return tomorrow? Or will I regret it?

I pesonally would stick with the 510 it is tried and tested and more features are available as is the help because it has been out for a while.I have only read poor things about the ttv2.I know it is only my opinion but you did ask.
