I have a TomTom One that now runs with the new software upgrade v6.150. I would like to use POIcapture but it states it is for 5.420. Will this work with the new TomTom software version? Also if it has been tested does it overcome the issues you had previously?

It states V.544 and later....theres also another link for sideways icons.

Youi need to read the pages before you try and install.
