tomtom one v tomtom one v2

hi i see that the processor in the tt1 is 380 MHz where as the new tt1 v2 only has a processor of 266 MHz
will this make a great deal of difference or not
i am torn between the two of them the v2 has updated maps but again is it a big deal
any ideas...
