Have downloaded and installed the latest camera database off PGPSWorld. It all works fine, but when you approach a camera it first says, " Brought to you by pocket GPS World.com", before alerting you to the camera.
Any ideas??? |

If you have downloaded and installed the new data.chk voice file, it sounds as if you are using Polite 3 as your POI warning......... _________________ Regards

Are you getting two different alerts for the same camera? - if so you probably still have an old camera database stored in the unit, this can happen when you decide to use the consolodated by type or speed zoned databases, when previously you had loaded the single file version.
You need to either remove the single file version from the device, or de-activate the warning associated with this POI category, check your settngs in Change Preferences/ Manage POI/ Warn when near POI, use the test button to listen to the actual sound the device will play - Mike |
