Has anyone else had problems buying a taffic subscription for tt5? Mine ran out on the 7th Sept, so I am trying to buy it now, for a trip I'm starting Sunday.
I follow the process on tomtom.com however on step 4, the button that says "add these products to my shopping cart" doesn't add the product into my shopping cart, so I cannot buy it.
I've deleted all cookies and temp internet files as suggested by TomTom support, but still no joy
Regards,
Greg |

Uh-oh! I received an email from TT last night telling me that they've revised the whole structure of Traffic. It used to be different prices for different regions. Now (not only is it cheaper - grrrr!) a single subscription will work for whichever territories have traffic and for which you have a map (which I guess is a good thing).
Maybe you've run into a transitional hiccup?
Might be best to call TT support and get them to walk you through the process they think you need to follow to be successful.
