If it is the new Version of TT1 V2 you have then at then moment virtual planning etc is not compatable with the new unit, a lot of us are waiting on a fix/update from TomTom |

Do you have a TomTom Plus account? If you do then enter the username and password at the login prompt.
If you want to organise the transfer of your own POI files to your TomTom then my WinCAB program http://rjdavies.users.btopenworld.com/html/wincab.html will help.

The Login has nothing to do with the ability to plan a route on your PC. I agree that route planning is not yet available but you should be able to Login to access the TomTom online store. _________________ Various TomToms, Garmin eTrex Legend, GPSMAP 60CSx, Oregon 550t, Forerunner 405 |

Just click the text that tells you to download the component.
