|

Hi everyone,
I got TT6 today, and loaded it onto my iPaq when I was at work - I know, I couldn't wait to play with it. Install seemed to go fine, but I just fired up my iPaq there to muck around some more and when I start TT6, it says Select a map - no maps found. Now, I know the easiest hting is probably to re-install it, but my CD's are in work and I won't be there until Tuesday. Far too long to wait!
I have the entire Western Europe map folder on my SD, as well as my GB and France Plus maps from my TT5 on the SD card.
Do I have to move these somewhere for TT6 to pick them up? I can't remember the default location for maps now.
Any help would be really great, and thanks in advance!
Dave. |

Sorry, my awful explanation. I have V6 Western Europe maps on a folder on my SD card, but as I said TT6 when it starts says it can't find any maps then closes down. I do have the entire WE V6 map folder on the SD card, so do I need to move it or swear at it to make it see the maps on the folder? |

Seriously? One of our guys brought it back from the US for me. So is this pirate stuff? If so, it's uninstalled and my TT5 is right back. We develop software apps so piracy is something I'm really anti.
Jeez. Now I wonder if he's been duped, or bought it in all innocence.
Thanks for this. Dagnab it, I can't believe that. |

It's not entirely pirated. It's a version for the Treo 700w(z) that is not available standalone, and most probably will only work on the Treos. _________________ Lutz

Lutz
In that case it is still entirely pirated, unless the version copied has only been copies once and has been removed from the Treo. What are the chances on that?? _________________ Peter
