New GPS manufacturer seeks to make their product compatible

I have been working with LOCOSYS of Taiwan to develop their handheld GT-11 (previously known as the NAVi) GPS for UK use. Primarily designed for outdoor navigation and recording training runs, it has the potential to be the cheapest GPS based camera detector available ... if only we can get the camera location data to 'talk' to this new machine. My best efforts to get the various files to download and work on it have failed so far.
