where can I download 5.21?

Hi,

I have a Mitac Mio 168. The battery ran out and so I had to install TomTom 5 again. I had the newer 5.21 version before, however I notice I cannot download it at the moment and so I only have version 5.

Can anyone tell me where I can get the update to 5.21.
