Paid but no links to download Database

Hi I just paid through PayPal and the subscription status is not updating. I want to download the camera database for navman icn 550 but just keep getting the signup page - can you sort this please I am losing my rag rapidly with your system

Contact me via email with your PayPal details and I'll investigate. Normally this is because you paid using a PayPal eCheque which takes a long time to clear.
