Mitac P350! Help Required

Hi, I have just bought a Mitac P350 with TTN 5.2 as a present for my daughter, TTN loaded and activated OK, but I am having a problem configuring the GPS, I have set it for NMEA GPS Com3 but it is showing "NO GPS Device", any help would be appreciated.
