MIO C710 - Map Quality in Ireland

I bought a 710 last week and used it in Ireland over the weekend and have the following comments:

1. New roads were not present on the map (M4 from Dublin)
2. Level of detail for minor roads is pretty poor, and was not able to find the town of Kilcormac.

My main use of the device will be for travelling and cycling around London so I am happy with the device for that use, however I wondered if anyone else had the same problems with lack of details in Ireland, and whether there was a solution, (maybe the forthcoming Miomaps 3.2 release will address this ?)
