problem with speed camera download

I have just registered as a new member, I am trying to download speed camera for a garmin nuvi - the document download is only taking a couple of seconds and is producing a file: pgpsw-speed-cams.zip, when I then click on that file it brings up that I need to register to WinZip for a further $29 is this correct to get the information or have i done something wrong somewhere ?

You have installed a trial version of Winzip which is aprogram for unzipping zip files. The message is from Winzip asking you to pay to use their software as you have gone over the free period.

The message has nothing to do with PGPSW or the camera database.

If you have Windows Me or XP then uninstall Winzip and try again. Me and XPs built in unzip software will open the file for you.
