Who's your mobile phone company, O2 or someone else? They normally list the GPRS settings (APN etc) on their web site. _________________ Lutz

My provider is BT Mobile, but they say they use the Vodafone network. When I select Vodfone when setting up my TomTom it says it is unable to complete the set up! HELP!! |

I have exactly the same setup a V3 and a TTGO500. Try these settings manually entered into the TTG:
Select your country: UK
Select your provider: Other
Setup manually: YES
Access point name: btmobile.bt.com
User name: bt
Password: [none]
IP address (DHCP): Automatic
DNS Server: Automatic
Dial: *99#
Login script: at+cgdcont=1,"IP","btmobile.bt.com"
Should work if it doesnt check you have the correct level of GPRS service wth BT. BT is a 'virtual' mobile operator that utilses the Vodafone network.
