Mio 510 & MP3

Hi all!
I know I've done this before but I just cant get it to work anymore.

I have a folder called MP3 on my SD card and it contained some music that used to use to test the 510 with. It's been there for ages and I never bothered to hear it with the MP3 player more than a couple of times.

Today I decided to junk the music and replace it with other music so I deleted the files via the card reader and put a few new MP3's in the same folder. Now the Mio doesn't want to see these MP3's anymore. Whatever MP3's I put there, the mp3 player will not see it. I've tried transferring the MP3's via Mio Sync and still the MP3 player will not see them.

I've also tranferred the MP3's to the Mio's internal memory and it still doesn't play or see them!
I know the player used to work really well - I even briefly played the mp3's today before deleting them!!
I've soft reset a few times just to see if that will work and of course, it doesn't.

Does anyone have any ideas...
