C510E- Setting "Start" away from current GPS locat

Whenever I use the edit route facility the start point annoyingly is always the current GPS location, despite entering "Home" and pressing "Optimise". Is there any way of making the start point any location when on the road?

Sorry if this is a case of do a search or RTFM.

I haev the same problem with the 710 - although i suspect it is in the manual somewhere...

If you set the recalculate option to 'ask' it allows you to set whatever start you want. Although if it has a gps lock it will include your current location, just delete it from the list.
