Navmac iCN 550

I have downloaded the camera database for my Navman iCN 500. I have succsfully installed all programmes excet for Gatso.
I get an error message " Internal error contact Navman" and will not load onto the Navman.
There is still 2gb of space on the hard drive so space is not a problem.
Any ideas.
