GPS lock with TTN 5.21 and pc connection problems

HI ive just recieved my 236 from nav4all and it seems to take forver to get a lock and even then it drifts , i went for a test yesterday and it kept deciding my direction of travel and even location had changed only by 6-10 meters but that still emant it looked like i was on a different street also i cant seem to get it to pass any usefull info to sirfdemo to be able to check firmware etc.

I can connect it to the PC as autoroute seems to connect to it fine its just sirfdemo that doesnt seem to pull any info except in the debug view am i doing something wrong or am i looking at at an RMA situation

sirfDEMO setup

Open , select the com port that my Bluetooth connection is setup on, 33800 baud rate.

When teh progeam windo opens click the "connect tgo data source button" and then i geta stream of debug info but that it and all options on the Poll menu are greyedout

ok solved the sirf demo issue, must RTFM sorry all
