Updating speed cameras monthly

I have a mitec mio p350 with tom tom nav 5. I installed camera from the data base and this month 22/7 there is a newer file. What is the precedure for putting the newer file onto the pocket pc?????

Just drag and drop the newer files onto your unit.
They will simply replace the old ones and you will not have to adjust your settings either.
