Nuvi 310 D issues and Questions - have upgraded to V2.7

Hi all,

Ive upgraded to version 2.7 which appears to have resolved some of the GTM12 issues. I still some outstanding issues and questions which I be grateful for your comments/support.

It will route from my hometown to South of France but not to Cherbourg! Get routing calc error insufficient memory.

I also have a problem with searching for town names in France. I store French maps on the SD card. I think the unit searches base database first without looking at the supplementary maps in some cases.

Does anybody know what happens to routes when you upload them from mapsource to the Nuvi? I was trying to up avoid a road which is being dug up. Works on mapsource but route doesn't appear to upload to Nuvi.

Does anybody know how you can route via a ferry crossing? I've tried all sorts of things to no avail!
