Installing back up to new sd card

I've searched but cannot find anything to help me so can some one please offer advice. I have backed up my TT1 software onto my hard drive and have just bought a Panasonic 256MB Super High Speed SD card for speed cameras etc. How do I install the backed up original TT1 software onto the new card. I seem to remember that I have to open the parent back up file and install the content files etc individually...is this correct. Also looking at the contents of the parent file it includes 7 files (map / Licences / zip etc) and 13 other bits and pieces (history.txt / splash.bmp / connecttointernet.so etc). Do all 20 items need installing ?

To make sure it works I would simply copy the entire contents of the back-up across to the new card in one go. I.e. open the back up folder using Windows Explorer, select the entire contents, right click and select "Copy" from the pop-up menu, then go to the new SD card (still using Windows Explorer), right click in the window and select "Paste" this will transfer all the files/ folders in one go - Mike
