Hi, anyone else suffer this? If I don't wait at least 5 secs. between entering letters on find the unit switches itself off. Seems worse since upgrading to v3.90 software. Most annoying if trying to hurry as it means starting all over.

Is a bug in the 3.90 firmware. A downgrade to 3.70 fixes this.
Download 3.70 at www.elsinga.net/questfirmwares ;) _________________ Robert Elsinga =8- )

I have only found this to be a problem when entering two same letters consecutively, eg--- when typing Broomfield. As soon as I enter the second letter 'o' the unit switches itself off.
Robert, is there any "disadvantages" to downgrading to 3.70???? |

You lose the other fixes in 3.9. ;)
Most people know about the bug and avoid it in 3.90 though. _________________ Robert Elsinga =8- )
