Hi
I am hoping someone can help me here!!
I have bought a 500 from someone with the cradle complete etc, however the wireless phone calls wont work!
I can hear them but no-one can hear me!
The cradle doesnt appear to have a mic on it,or a connection for an external mic, could it be this is a 300 cradle?
How do I tell?

The cradle should have a small hole in it at the front. Also there should be an external mic socket at the back. If it hasn't got these, you've probably got the wrong cradle. |

Hi mate
I have checked the cradle,it has a small hole on top of the very front, just in front of the connection.
Would this be the mic?
I cannot see an external mic connection on the rear only a power jack, there is a hole there but doesnt appear to have any sort of plug connection
Cheers

Hi Darklaw, It sound like you got one of them cheap cradle that I seen selling on ebay, I got one myself and sent it back, because of the mic.
The only thing to do is get a tomtom cradle and it will work them. _________________ TomTom Go 700,

I have a 910 and have never had the phone working.
Same prob as you, phone rings you can hear it, but all i say is hello, hello, hello,.....
Then i just switch the bluetooth off and use the old tried and trusted method, manual answering. |

I have no problem with the 910 and car hands free for the phone, I do use the external microphone as the inbuilt one just isn't up to much - Mike |
