Lost avoid areas after camera POI installed

Hi. I have some avoid areas set into my ICN 510, these are dead ends and cart tracks which my ICN510 wants to go through. I know not to got that way but thats not the point The avoid function sorts them out, only problem is when I install the new Camera database my avoid areas get deleted and I have to re set them up again, is this a normal mis function of the 510
Or is there a way around it
