I purchased my first GPS at last months Expo in Edinburgh and delighted with my bargain buy! Only problem I have is that my Navman car mount keeps falling off my windscreen! I have contacted Navman for their comments but is this a common problem with the suction pad on these mounts? It can be dangerous when you are driving and your GPS falls off the screen and you try to catch and protect it!! 8O |

I had the same problem until I realised that the screen was not flat where I had tried to mount it. Moved it in a little from the corner and it is immovable now. Hope this helps |

still having problems with the Navman mount. I have emailed Navman twice in the last 2 weeks in relation to this and requested a new mount. I have not had the courtesy of a reply on either email except accepting the email and saying someone will be in touch soon! Pretty poor customer support-anyone have a contact telephone number?? |

My icn 530 mount seems ok. Hasn't fallen off yet. Is the inside of your windscreen clean? Also the number should be in the manual or warranty leaflet somewhere. _________________ TTG 720

Seek and you will find
You can also contact Navman at:

Tel: +44 (0)1293 780 500

Telephone support is excellent. I had probs last week and they sorted them out on the phone and when one of the staff couldn't answer a query they made sure I got a call back the same day from one of the experts. |

I had the same problem but turned out mount was fine. First clean windscreen area where you want to mount it with alcohol and then wet the area a bit. |
