Gatso - Internal Error???

Hi there, i'm very new at all this so please bear with me. I have paid my subscription and have downloaded the uptodate safety camera files, i have extracted them and saved them etc all with bno problems. However when i try to "save to device" after i've selected the file and names it etc its give me the message "internal error, if this problem persists please contact navman support" any advise anyone? Ive downloaded the updates 3 times previously with no problems, i dont understand? Can any one help?

Thanks for the quick response. I have done a search for GATSO:3542@50 but it is not there. I'm guessing it is perhaps a different file that is causing the problem. Any other suggestions?
