Speed Camera Voices

Hi there
Firstly let me say what a great site
I am a newbie to all this, and have a problem maybe someone can kindly help me out with,
Here Goes:
I have a Tom Tom 300 and i have installed the camera database which all went fine until i tried to put voices to it ie when in a 40mph zone a voice tells you the speed for that zone or when in a 70 zone i tells you 70 (All sounds very simple uh uh)
when i try it if for instance the last one i program in is 70 it then changes them all to 70 which is not very good if in a 30 zone.

So if anyone has come across this and can help me out with some help or ideas i would be very grateful.

Did you go into Manage POI and Set Up 'Warn When Near'.

Each camera POI Category has to be set with a Warning Distance, and a Warning Alert.

Which Camera Download did you use, and which Voice Alerts do you have?

The answers will help us sort you out.

Allen, Welcome to the forum, to use the voice warning files you need the full speed zoned camera database installed on your device (24 camera types), this way you can set-up a specific warning per camera type and speed - then you can achieve what you desire, before installing it though I would remove the other pocketgpsworldXX.ov2 files as you will get a double alert if set-up and not removed first - Mike
