Download problem- speedcameras

Hi,
I cannot download the database onto my pc.
I get the message 'Internet Explorer cannot download nloadcameras.php? idpackage=37 from pocketgpsworld.com Internet Explorer was not able to open this internet site The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found Please try again later'
I have deleted my cookies- I use Windows XP (not serive packs)
However I can dowload files onto a friends laptop OK.
Could someone please help me,

Which firewall are you using? It could be the settings in that, that is causing the problem.

Hi-
just sorted it. Had to uncheck box 'Do not save encrypted pages to disc' in Tools /Options/ Advanced /Security.
Now OK- surprised no one else seems to have had this problem!
